The provision of the Personal Data you provide for this purpose is necessary in order to be able to respond to your requests; otherwise, we will not be able to process them.
b) Purposes connected with obligations provided for by laws, regulations or European legislation, by provisions/requests of authorities empowered to do so by law and/or by supervisory and control bodies.
AL.BA. profili SRLS processes your personal data in order to fulfil its obligations.
Prerequisite for processing: the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject pursuant to Art. 6, first paragraph letter c) of the GDPR.
The provision of Personal Data for this purpose is compulsory, as failure to do so will make it impossible for the Controller to fulfil specific legal obligations.
c) Defence of rights during judicial, administrative or extrajudicial proceedings and in the context of disputes arising in connection with the services offered.
Your Personal Data may be processed by AL.BA. profili SRLS in order to defend your rights or take legal action or make claims against you or third parties.
Prerequisite for processing: legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the protection of its rights pursuant to Art. 6, first paragraph, letter f) of the GDPR. In this case, you are not required to provide new and specific Personal Data, since AL.BA. profili SRLS will pursue this purpose, where necessary, by processing the Personal Data collected for the above-mentioned purposes, deemed compatible with this one.
4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING METHODS
AL.BA. profili SRLS uses all necessary security measures to improve the protection and maintenance of the security, integrity and accessibility of your Personal Data.
All your Personal Data is stored on our secure servers (or appropriately archived hard copies) or on those of our suppliers or business partners.
5. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We only retain your Personal Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or for any other legitimate related purposes. Personal Data that is no longer required, or for which there is no longer a legal basis for its retention, is irreversibly anonymised (and thus may be retained) or securely destroyed.
The Personal Data collected through the Site and processed by the Data Controller to respond to your requests for contact / information, are kept by AL.BA. profili SRLS for 6 months from the time of collection. After this period your Personal Data will be deleted.
With particular reference to the judicial protection of our rights or in case of requests by the authorities, the personal data processed will be kept for the time necessary to process the request or to pursue the protection of your right.
